Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
